Funding Requests

Tell us about your organization and how we can help! As an active service club, we receive many requests and review each one carefully to make the best use of our resources.

How to Apply

  1. Read our Club Donation Guidelines and submission deadlines below.

  2. Download our request form.

  3. Email the completed form to giving@westboroughrotary.org.

Club Donation Guidelines

To ensure funds are allocated effectively, we ask that all requests meet the following criteria:

  • Timing & Renewals: We do not fund "after-the-fact" requests. Recurring annual events require a new application each year (past approval does not guarantee future funding).

  • Excluded Expenses: We do not provide funds for general operating expenses, salaries, fundraisers, religious projects/mission trips, or political/partisan requests.

  • Acknowledgment: We ask that you publicly recognize the Rotary Club of Westborough's contribution wherever possible.

  • Club Engagement: If approved, please be prepared to present your program at a club meeting and share follow-up stories about your project's impact!
