How to Apply
Read our Club Donation Guidelines and submission deadlines below.

Please make sure to have all project information available when filling out the form.
A copy of the completed application will be emailed to you.
Club Donation Guidelines
To ensure funds are allocated effectively, we ask that all requests meet the following criteria:
Timing & Renewals:
Please submit your request at least 4 weeks in advance of the project start to ensure enough time for review, and follow up.
Annual requests must be made each year.
Excluded Expenses: Our club focuses on the Westborough community. Please note that we do not fund out of town, political or religious related projects.
Acknowledgment: We ask that you recognize the Rotary Club of Westborough's contribution where acceptable.
Club Engagement: If approved, please be prepared to present your program at a club meeting and share follow-up stories about your project's impact!
