Westborough Farmers Market Season 2026 is Underway!

 

It might still be winter, but the seeds for summer are already being planted. The Westborough Farmers Market Planning Committee officially kicks off this month, and we are thrilled to announce that preparations for our best season yet have begun!

Whether you are a local foodie, a fan of live music, or a small business owner, here is everything you need to know about what’s coming to Bay State Green.

📅 Mark Your Calendars: Thursdays are for the Market

We are returning to our beautiful spot on Bay State Green for an 18-week season, running rain or shine.

  • Start Date: Thursday, June 11th

  • Season Duration: June 11 through October 08

  • New Hours: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM

We Listened to You! You spoke, and we listened. Over the last two years, many of our customers requested slightly extended hours to accommodate full-time work schedules. We are pleased to announce that the market will now stay open until 6:30 PM, giving commuters that extra window to swing by, grab fresh local ingredients for dinner, and unwind on the green.

🍅 Vendor Portal Now Open

Are you a local artisan, farmer, or baker? The Vendor Portal is officially OPEN!

We are currently accepting applications for both current and new vendors to purchase space. We are looking for high-quality partners to bring fresh local breads, meats, produce, artisan goods, and more to our community.

🤝 Meet the Team Behind the Market

It takes a village (and a lot of coffee) to run a successful market. We are lucky to be led by a dedicated team of women and strong community partners.

  • Katy Forrest (Volunteer Coordinator): A Westborough local, Katy admits she "got sucked in" by the amazing community feeling of the market. A true force for good, she also channels her passion for volunteering at a local Dog Shelter, taking on new responsibilities there and at the market without a blink of hesitation. She is integral to handling the craziness of the many children and seniors who visit each week, running the Market Tent for our popular POP Club and SNAP program with a smile from open to close.

  • Wendi Comey: Also from Westborough and involved for the last four years, Wendi is our "go-getter" for everything around town. When she isn’t away on an amazing travel adventure, she runs our closing operations each week with energy and precision.

  • Kristin Bradley (Market Chair & Manager): A Hopkinton resident and dedicated Rotarian, Kristin is the engine behind the logistics. From the first tent setup to the final breakdown on the common, she handles vendor relations, logistics, and permitting to ensure the season runs smoothly.

We are also proud to partner with Westborough Connects, who play a vital role in assisting with volunteer planning for setup, community outreach, and in-town logistics.
