Dear $FirstName$, It has been a while since our Club has had a Full Member Assembly. We are pleased to announce that full member assembly with a potluck dinner is being planned for our January monthly Dinner meeting. Here is the schedule:
Venue: The BORO Program Address: 15, E Main St., Westborough MA 01581 Date: Friday, January 23rd Time: 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM. We are excited about the venue. The BORO Program has a brand new space at the lower level of the building that is perfect for this event. The room features a large open spece with several tables and chairs, a small kitchenette and 2 restrooms. During this meeting we will discuss and solicit brainstorm-ideas & feedback from all our members. There will be an initial agenda of topics followed by free interactions between members, committee chairs and executive board members. While attendance for this meeting is not mandatory, we strongly encourage ALL members to attend. We will be sending more information as the plans become firm.
